It’s been almost a month since I last posted, it’s been a bit of a whirlwind. We finished our first ever Green Smoothie Challenge, which went really well! We’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback from the course and are looking forward to making it even better in January!

I’ve also started a new chapter in my life which is very exciting. And best of all it’s almost Christmas!

I’m a huge suck for Christmas. We’ve got a small family so there isn’t all the hoopla and stress that often accompanies Christmas. Just a nice relaxing time in my favorite city in the world – I’m actually getting on a plane this afternoon to start my Christmas holidays! The good news is my parents are health nuts, so I’ll be continuing to drink green smoothies over the holidays! If you’re a regular green smoothie drinker, do you plan on continuing with them over the holidays?

My Better Halves’ Favorite Green Smoothie

I’m addicted to Green Smoothies, he likes them but doesn’t have the same level of love from them as I do. This is his favorite, the only one he’ll make if I’m not around – Spinach, Mango, Celery, Cucumber, Apple and Lemon Green Smoothie


 

Spinach Mango Smoothie

Spinach Mango Smoothie – Ingredients

  • 1 Handful of Spinach
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 1/2 Cup Mango
  • 1 Stalk Celery
  • 3″ of Cucumber
  • Juice of Half of a Lemon
  • 2 Cups Water

Directions

Add it all to a blender and blend it!

 

 

 

 

 

 


Final Sip

I’m thrilled that Green Smoothies are now a family affair. I truly believe they are helping me get healthier and I’m excited to have him along for the ride. Are you the only Green Smoothie Drinker in the household? Happy holidays :).
